+ by commissioning me (naeu.), you (the client) are agreeing to the terms of service i have listed. please read them carefully.+ i have the right to reject requests that i do not feel like i will be able to deliver to the best of my abilities.+ i will only work with the references sent. please know exactly what you want so i am able to deliver the best that i can.
process and revisions
+ after receiving roughly colored sketch, you may ask for edits.+ after confirming the correction with the revised sketch, the commission will be completed.
deadline and delivery
+ commissions may take up to 2 months at most. you will be contacted for any delays.+ rush commissions are not accepted.+ this is a digital good; no physical item will be sent to you.+ google drive will be used to send the final work. please make sure to save as i clear my drive every 6 months.
payment and refunds
+ payment will be through square invoice.+ invoice will be sent when i am ready to work on your commission. you have 5 days to make the payment.+ your commission may be cancelled if i am no longer able to work on it to the best of my abilities; a full refund will be issued.+ partial refund will be issued if you cancel your commission and i have already started working on it.+ full refund will be issued if you cancel your commission and i have not started working on it.
usage
